Simple Use & Engagement. Reemo has designed their technology to especially engage seniors with complex health issues, with 85% of our membership being age 65+. The member experience includes no initial setup for the member, it is working and ready out of the box. The device runs on cellular, so does not require WiFi or a member to attempt to setup and connect their device. If a member has a Reemo peripheral device, a blood pressure cuff and/or a weight scale, these automatically pair to the watch and send the results- there is nothing required from the member to activate. Per survey responses, 88% of users find the watch easy to use.
The smartwatch user interface is simplified down to only 3-5 pertinent screens for a member. 87% of users find the watch useful. This power of the simplicity of the member experience results in members loving their Reemo device, with user satisfaction consistently in the 90th percentile. Based on the program design, we also see up to 100% of members wearing their smartwatch every single day.
Feeling of Security. They can also place phone calls through their device, including Personal Emergency (PERS) calls, Fall Detection calls, or 'Call your Caregiver' calls. A reported 90% of users feel safer with their smartwatch.
Member-Health Plan Connection. A whopping 96% of users feel their Reemo smartwatch helps them better connect to their health plan. 86% of the messages sent are viewed and over 80% of the messages are responded to.
The daily connection of our Smartwatch technology opens a channel of daily communication between a member and their health plan. This connection point for a member can be their care coordinator, their care giver, their clinical team, the member experience team, the Stars team, etc. The team can be notified of any issues a member is experiencing, queue up their next best action for the member, close more gaps in care, and improve member satisfaction. We also see over 40% of members sign up for health plan resources when presented through the watch, improving their engagement with their entire resource pool.
